Having Fun at Marine World

Thursday was a pretty exciting day because 5 five friends and I ventured into Vallejo for some fun at Six Flags Marine World. The Crew: David Stringer, Sandy Williams, Nick Price, Alex Yeh, Brian Yeh, Michael Gray, and I spent the entire day watching the wild animals and screaming down rollercoasters. Pictures always tell the story better than just words so have fun!

Here are some penguins just chilling out in the shade.

Here are two dolphina up close and personal!

Me ready to eat some feed for the dolphin =D

Me feeding the dolphin with some small fish!

The crew getting ready for some action on the Medusa rollercoaster!

Part of the crew riding on the Medusa! Some rollercoasters actually have a camera that takes shots of everyone on the ride. All of us on the ride coordinated a peace sign pose for the camera! This is not a fake image of the four of us on some background! This is all four us going 65 mph down a metallic track!

This is the new killer whale at Marine World called Shouka. She's only in her teens but she weighs more than a dozen tons!

Never been to Marine World, but it looks like it's worth checking out. Too bad it's no longer where Oracle now sits.

The gels went through a trypsin digestion and then were analyzed by a MALDI-TOF-TOF mass spectrometer, which identified the proteins digested from

Anyone who needs a new idea to stay motivated should definitely try this.
' The picture is just as worrying for youngsters - by 2010, it's predicted 22 per cent of girls and
19 per cent of boys between the ages of two and 15 will be obese, with girls under 11 at
particular risk. Get your heart rate up with a quick burst of fast movement.

If you are exercising every day, the fat you burn will be harnessed into muscle.
Naturally, if you are not a morning person, setting your alarm for 5am to go run a few miles will probably fail.
Yet, before you can get to this point, you first have to make
a start.
